The Gospel and Our Culture Network: The Gospel and Our Culture Network has been spawned by:

  • the cultural currents of Western society and ethnic tradition that have shaped how we live in North America.
  • the rapid changes taking place as we move from a "modern" to "postmodern" form of society.
  • the growing un-ease of the church as it experiences a dislocation from its prior places of importance.

The aim is to explore what these things mean, under the light of the gospel, for the life and witness of the church.

Emergent Village: An innovative discussion among Christian leaders who believe that modernity is passing and a new postmodern world is emerging. They believe that "this transition calls for innovative Christian leaders from all streams of the Christian faith around the world to collaborate in the development of new ways of being Christians … new ways of doing theology and living biblically, new understandings of mission, new kinds of faith communities, new approaches to worship and service, new integrations and conversations and convergences and dreams."

Emerging Church Network: An equipping group of the Southern Baptist heritage focused on developing simple house churches, which they call authentic faith communities. Their purpose is "to identify, equip, and empower leaders who will cultivate and multiply Authentic Faith Communities."

Passion for Church Planting: A resource for finding low-cost, high-quality products and services tailored to the needs of church planters and church planting organizations.

The ABC of Watermark: The ABC’s of Watermark Community Church describes a theology of mission applied to a contemporary cultural Context.
