Summer Interns
"I am just beginning my journey to share the gospel with unbelievers and would like to have information about internships."
Many university students do summer internships overseas and thereby get a taste of being a missionary in a foreign context. Mission Alive, however, provides you with an opportunity to learn how to be an urban missionary in the United States.
Imagine taking two months during a summer to learn how to connect with and teach unbelievers. Working under experienced evangelists and church planters, you will live in community with other interns learning how teach unbelievers and incorporate them into small groups in a new church planting.
Mission Alive provides basic preparation to equip you to become an evangelist within a church planting context.
The internship is also for missionaries in training for cross-cultural ministry. Next summer Graham Kervin and Mitch Anderson, future missionaries to Olomouc in the Czech Republic will intern with us. We anticipate working with many future missionaries in their preparations for evangelism and church planting.
Because our internship is just beginning, we will only take eight interns during the summer of 2005.
Mission Aliveworks to equip you, as an intern, to become an evangelist.
To do:
- Send personal resume to Mission Alive at info@missionalive.org.
